Since the second half of the last century, the average temperature on the earth has greatly risen. According to scientists, it is very likely that human activity has had a great influence on this serious climate change. This global warming is due to certain types of gas like co2 called "greenhouse gasses" , which are caused not only by industrial activities but also by our daily life activities. People are now trying to attack this problem on different organization levels-in the united nations, government cities, companies, and so on.

Under this system, When drivers drive in the central area of the city between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays, they are charged eight pounds a day as tax. A decreased since this system was put into effect. In addition, the city is trying to replace the use of cars by that of bicycles. They are preparing 6000 public bicycles for rent so that the citizens and tourists can easily move around the city using them. The city also recommends people to start bicycle commuting.
