Free time

When I was free time, I often go to gym. Because, It is fun for me to exercise my body. Yesterday, I went to gym and ran ten kilometer. After it, I did muscle training. It is hanging, press up, weight training, and so on. But I like eating. So It is very hard for me to keep my weight. My favorite food are curry rice, beef stake, ra-men,...... they are very high calorie. so when I use running machine, I always look the consume calorie. When I run 1 kilometer, I could consume about 60 calorie. you should know it. Swimming's consume calorie is very high. If I were swim one hours, I would consume 1000 calorie. If you want to lose weight, you should swim. I like breaststroke. But It is very hard for me to swim by the backstroke.  Swimmer have a big appetite. they swims ten kilometer in 1 day. So they have to eat large quantities of food.
I wish them body! Also I like sleeping my bed. I can relax at that time. I like seeing my dream.
However, When I got up, I feel be disappointed. Today, I wish nice sleeping!

Swimming!

I was swimming a short time ago. so now, I'm very tired. But I could refresh my heart. After all, When I was five years old, I started to go swimming school. The school name is BEST SWIMMING.
BEST SWIMMING's bus came for me in front of the house. My coach is very kind to us. I could easy to understand his teaching. Also, Once a month, I had a test in swim's time.
