I went to YAMAGUCH with my family. We went to there by a car. It took about 4 hours. It is fun for me to ride a highway. The reason why We went to Yamaguchi, We would have met with my brother. My brother works as a Air self defense forces. So We participated in Air Festival in there. There are a lot of people and food store. Also, I was surprised at fighter jets. It was very cool. My brother is a pilot students. So He is very busy and study very hard. I have to respect him!!

Sightseeing in Kumamoto

There are many wonderful sightseeing spots in Kumamoto. First, I will introduce Mt.Aso. It' s in Kumamoto. I often go to Mt.Aso by bike. Whenever I visit there, I think that It's beautiful spot. Because, The air is very clear. When I breath deeply in Mt.Aso. I always feel relax. My favorite store in Aso, It is MOENOSATO. The store name means relax. I visit there once a month. It is fun for me to eat soft ice cream. The soft-cream is very sweet and smoothy. so whenever I visits there, I eat it. You should try it If you go there.

Also,I will introduce Amakusa. It is famous at sea. It is fun for me to drive By bike in amakusa. Because, I can feel clear air and good atmospehre. If you go to Amakusa, You should go to in summer. You can enjoy sea bathing. You should go these city !!

Today I watched a comedy. It is Simon Pegg. It was very fun for me to watch this. Because, First, A woman asking the way to a man. He is U.S. However He can  not understand a question by a woman.
Next, She asked that he can speak Deutch.  He said that  I can not speak deutch by  Deutch.  Her face looks like very hard.  After it, she went back, and he looks like very fun.

Free time

When I was free time, I often go to gym. Because, It is fun for me to exercise my body. Yesterday, I went to gym and ran ten kilometer. After it, I did muscle training. It is hanging, press up, weight training, and so on. But I like eating. So It is very hard for me to keep my weight. My favorite food are curry rice, beef stake, ra-men,...... they are very high calorie. so when I use running machine, I always look the consume calorie. When I run 1 kilometer, I could consume about 60 calorie. you should know it. Swimming's consume calorie is very high. If I were swim one hours, I would consume 1000 calorie. If you want to lose weight, you should swim. I like breaststroke. But It is very hard for me to swim by the backstroke.  Swimmer have a big appetite. they swims ten kilometer in 1 day. So they have to eat large quantities of food.
I wish them body! Also I like sleeping my bed. I can relax at that time. I like seeing my dream.
However, When I got up, I feel be disappointed. Today, I wish nice sleeping!

Swimming!

I was swimming a short time ago. so now, I'm very tired. But I could refresh my heart. After all, When I was five years old, I started to go swimming school. The school name is BEST SWIMMING.
BEST SWIMMING's bus came for me in front of the house. My coach is very kind to us. I could easy to understand his teaching. Also, Once a month, I had a test in swim's time. It was very hard for me to get the best time. But I was always exciting in the test. And now, I worked there as part-time-job. It is hard for me to teach to children. However, I enjoyed teaching.

4 years ago, I was a high school student. I have a lot of memory in the day. First, It is school trip. We went to NAGANO and TOKYO. Day1 We arrived NARITA airport. and We rode a bus and went to HOTEL in NAGANO. Day2 and Day3 We played sky. It was fun for me to play sky. But It was very hard. I slipped many times. Day4, We had a free time in Tokyo. So My group, We went to AKIHABARA and HUJITEREBI. But on the way, We lost the way. So, we couldn't go back hotel on time. We were very scolded by my teacher. However, I had a good times!
